Product 1010. Lionfish Knife
A flexible, sharp stainless steel knife provides the necessary tool to scale or fillet your lionfish. Once the venomous spines have been removed using the Lionfish Gripper and Lionfish Clipper, the lionfish can be safely cleaned with your Lionfish Knife. Smaller lionfish can be scaled and gutted (remove the gills and intestines) for preparation as whole fish (e.g., fried or grilled). Larger lionfish can be filleted to produce boneless meat for cooking any number of ways.
